Almost every liquid production line needs tanks: to receive raw materials, hold intermediate product, balance flow to the next machine and store finished product before packing. The right tank makes the process steadier and easier to control.
Tank types we build
- Storage tanks — hold raw materials or finished product in volume.
- Process tanks — where product is treated, such as heated, cooled or blended.
- Buffer tanks — temporary holding so flow between machines isn't interrupted.
- Balance tanks — keep feed to a pump or pasteurizer steady.
What we pay attention to
- Material — SS304 for general duty, SS316L for more corrosive or pharmaceutical products.
- Sanitary design — polished interior, ground welds and a sloped bottom that drains completely.
- Nozzles and fittings — inlet, outlet, level and temperature sensors, CIP spray ball, manhole and vent, placed to suit the process.
- Supports — adjustable legs or custom supports to suit the site.
From drawing to installation
We start from capacity, product and available space. Once the drawing is approved, the tank is fabricated, leak tested, delivered and installed. Where site access is limited, tanks can be fabricated on site.
