Metal fragments can enter a production line from anywhere: raw materials, machine wear, loose bolts or damaged tools. If they get through, they can damage machines, cause rejected batches and even harm consumers. Industrial magnets catch that metal before it's too late.
Magnet types we build
- Magnet hopper / magnet grill — rows of magnet bars in a stainless housing installed in a hopper or chute.
- Powder magnet trap — for powders such as flour, sugar and milk powder.
- Liquid magnet trap — fitted in pipelines for liquids or pastes.
- Magnet plate — mounted above a conveyor to pick metal from passing material.
- Magnet bars — stainless-sheathed neodymium bars as components or replacements.
Magnet strength
The magnet core is neodymium (NdFeB) with a surface strength of around 10,000–12,000 Gauss, strong enough to catch fine iron particles. The SS304/SS316 sheath is smooth and sealed for hygiene. A Gauss test report can be provided on request.
Easy to clean
A drawer design lets magnet bars slide out for cleaning without dismantling the chute. Regular cleaning keeps capture performance at its best.
Industries
Food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, plastics and animal feed.
